TopSpecUS.com Policies

At TopSpecUS.com we try to keep things simple:

Privacy Policy - we never share your information. Period. All subscription requests must confirmed by you before they become active. If you request to be notified when a particular product is back in stock, we will notify of that and nothing more. If you request to be added to our email news list, we will send you periodic email with specials, discounts, and other pertinent information.

Shipping - we try to ship all orders within the timeframes we commit to, and communicate with you during the fulfillment process. All of our items are shipped for free, but there are a couple of caveats. Watches cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. Shipping charges may apply for items shipped to domestic addresses outside of the contiguous 48 states. You will be billed separately for any additional shipping charges before the order is processed.

Prices - the prices on many of our items change hourly. As such, we cannot price match or offer refunds for items that are sold at lower prices in the future.

Sales Tax -  sales tax will be charged for all Florida orders, and will be reflected in the shopping cart total. Some watch purchases shipped to Nevada will be charged Nevada sales tax; this will be billed to you after the initial order is placed but before it is fulfilled.

General Return Policy* - if you don't like it we'll take it back and give you a refund, as long as it is new and unused. Watches are a little more specific - see below. If the item is defective we'll gladly take it back and send out a replacement.

* Specific guidelines apply to watches.

Watch Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order date provided the watch is in brand new and unaltered condition (unworn) with all original materials and booklets intact. Watches showing any sign of wear or that have been sized cannot be returned.
  • Most watches are shipped with a return seal. Do not remove this seal if you think you may wish to return your watch. This seal must be present and unaltered for any returns.
  • All returns are subject to a $25 processing fee. This fee will be waived on watches returned for exchange for an item of equal or greater value.
  • If you suspect that your watch may be somehow defective, please notify us immediately. Do not attempt to repair the watch or have it repaired.
  • Watches with damage due to abuse, misuse, owners neglect to follow correct operating instructions, or water/condensation damage are not returnable.
  • Defective watches (as determined by TopSpecUS.com) will be replaced with the same model (or equivalent model of equal or lesser value if the item has been discontinued).
  • Picture or description inaccuracies on our web site or other advertising are not considered for returns.
  • Charges for shipping, gift wrapping, rush processing, shipping insurance, and extra watch band links are not refundable.
  • Once you place your order, we are unable to cancel your order and the terms of this return policy apply.
  • Shipments that are refused or returned to us as undeliverable will be processed as a refund according to this return policy.
  • Freight or other charges for all returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • All returns must be approved by TopSpecUS.com and a valid RMA (return material authorization) issued prior to returning the watch. All packages received by TopSpecUS.com without a valid RMA will be refused.
