Shipping, Exchanges & Returns

We try our best to ship all orders within the timeframes we commit to, and communicate with you during the fulfillment process. We provide tracking for every item we ship (except spring bars, see below).
We typically ship our watches via USPS Priority Mail, signature required. Watch bands are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Most other items ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. Spring bars are so small they are shipped as a first class letter without tracking, unless you pay for upgraded shipping. Most of our products are shipped within 1 business day of purchase (if not the same day), but there are a few items that may be sold as pre-orders. This will be noted on the product page, above the Add to Cart button, and the add to cart button will also usually say Pre-Order. Pre-order timeframes vary by product, but the expected shipping timeframe will be listed on the product page.
Several of our items are shipped for free, but there are a couple of caveats: Shipping charges will likely apply for items shipped to international addresses, domestic addresses outside of the contiguous 48 states, or items shipped using a more expedited method than our standard shipping model. For international / non-U.S. orders, any applicable duties & taxes must be paid by the recipient. We do not include international duties or taxes in the order total.
If you don’t like it we’ll take it back and give you a refund, within 14 days of the date we ship your order, as long as it is new, unused, unworn, and in the original packaging. Watches are a little more specific – see below. If any item is defective we’ll gladly take it back and send out a replacement or provide a refund. Please use our return portal to initiate a return.
WATCH RETURN POLICY
- Watch returns are accepted within 14 days of the date we ship your order provided the watch is in brand new and unaltered condition (unworn) with all original materials and booklets intact, unaltered, and undamaged. Watches showing ANY signs of wear, or bracelets that have been sized or installed or show ANY signs of wear cannot be returned and will not be refunded.
- If you suspect that your watch may be somehow defective, please notify us immediately. Do not attempt to repair the watch or have it repaired.
- Watches with damage due to abuse, misuse, owners neglect to follow correct operating instructions, or water/condensation damage are not returnable.
- All original packaging must be present and unaltered.
- Charges for shipping, shipping insurance or rush processing are not refundable.
- Defective watches (as determined by Top Spec U.S.) will be replaced with the same model (or equivalent model if the item has been discontinued).
- Picture or description inaccuracies on our web site or other advertising are not considered for returns.
- Shipments that are refused or returned to us as undeliverable will be processed as a cancelled order / refund according to this return policy.
- Return shipping charges for returns will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or a product exchange is requested.
- All returns must be approved by Top Spec U.S. with a valid RMA (return material authorization) issued prior to returning the watch.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
- All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any returns failing to meet these criteria.
- Exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the return. You will be notified via email when the replacement is shipped.
- Refunds will be initiated within 3 business days of receiving the return, and may take several business days to hit your account. You will be notified via email when the refund is initiated.
